Good day, Fellows.

Please, I don't know whether this is the right place to post these.

My uncle called me on phone few days back to seek my help over issue that is going out of his control.

Before the issue, Let me give you guys a brief background of the all story.

My Uncle retired in 2017 from his state civil servant job - a compulsory retirement/disengagement though.

For three years now no entitlement of whatsoever kind was given yet.

Prior to this sudden and untimely disengagement from service, he collected a loan in the bank through the approval of his board(SUBEB - because he was a class teacher).

This loan was paid within one year in 2015. SUBEB was responsible for the payment directly to the bank; as his salary comes from them. They would cut a particular amount from his and pay to the bank in question.

This money was assumed paid in 2015 before the disengagement from service in 2017.

Now, He called me and told me that, a woman(marketer) from the bank called him and informed him that he still has 40,000Naira to give to them because his loan record was not settled.

Please, Legal practitioners in the house should me with steps to take; as this man is now frustrated because he was disengaged three years now without anything, only to be called by a bank that he still owes.
