It's mainly y cos of their sugary diets. ALOT of them might have seen dentists prior to now.
Here in Nig where our diets have lil to no sugar, so many ppl including me have never seen dentists in our lives and we rock amazing teeth.Even many oldies.

Just brushing twice is enough for us.
