Maybe USA wasn't at the forefront but you have to acknowledge its role along with France. Doesn't it surprise you that the so-called rebels only realized that they were tired of Ghaddafi after the AU summit in which Ghaddafi proposed a move that could potentially knockout France in West Africa?
