It is because the gta file is not positioned in the right obb therefore causing the version of the phone not to co-operate with the game. move the file to the right obb and problem solved.

I used Huawei Y8p recently and I was able to run most apps conveniently including bank apps.

Huawei has been able to work around the ban to a very large extent. Petal Search on Huawei enables you download your needed apps.
