Bobo, shut up.

Lions do not even live in the jungle. Tigers do.
Lions dwell in plains, Savannahs and grassland.

Go back to several sources, past and present and learn. Lions are just inferior to tigers. period.

At a zoo, a tiger was once provoked. He cut through his barrier, went to the lion enclosure and killed the full grown lions in there and strolled back to its cage.
Body weight, body muscle mass, the claws, bite size and more. the tiger is built for the kill.

See the tiger`s tongue for example. The tongue is made of spikes called papillae, Each time they lick a kill, the spike skins the animal flest down to the bones.

Bobo, leave wetin you no know.

The Asian Tigers bear that name for a reason

It can lick through furs. That is not a mean thing.

In September 2010, a Bengal tiger at the Ankara Zoo passed through a gap, between its cage and that of a lion, and killed it with a single paw swipe. "The tiger severed the lion's jugular vein in a single stroke with its paw, leaving the animal dying in a pool of blood," officials said. However, despite being reported in local news at the time, the incident was reported in international media in March 2011

I wouldn't say which is stronger between the two big cats, because they are both powerful creatures, but I was fortunate enough to witness an adult male Lion maul an adult Tigress to death in Natal Zoological Gardens back in the day.

Of those animals, 3 are top of the chain.

1. Badass Badger.
2. Badass Tiger
3. And introducing the animal with the most successful kills of the animal kingdom (leave MAN out) the AFRICAN BUSH DOGS.

Hippos will kill you for daring to wake up before it
Rhinos will kill you for even sleeping at all.
Elephants just don`t care. They will stump all of you to death.

But in the world of hunting and kills, Badger, Tigers and Bush dogs pretty much settle it.
Forget all the stories you hear of lions, they are inferior to their Asian feline superior, the Tiger, especially the Siberian/AMUR tigers.

In all you do, do not mess with MAN. He may be small and physically weak, he`ll nuke all you to death.

Man is the ultimate predator.

Both Lions and Tigers have the same size of canine. But some have it longer than the others, just like in humans. Tigers also kill by strangulation.
1000% wrong.
See, you really don't want to mess with a Tiger o.
You know how hard the skin of a Croc is, now imagine what it goes through when a Tiger strikes with that canine.

There are jaguars with longer canines than Lions and Tigers. Dentition has nothing to do with strength of the cat.

Tigers are silent hunters, yes but that has to do more with its habitat.

A Lion would easily survive in a tiger's habitat but no tiger can survive in a lion's habit.

Lions have more competitors to deal with than Tigers.
Lions have longer and Thicker bones.
Tigers have more muscle mass.
It's tougher to survive on the savannahs than on the grasslands, rain forests.
The savannahs of Africa is the home of some of the most dangerous and largest animals on the planet.

I have watched hundreds of documentaries of Lions bullying Tigers, they are usually the aggressors.
Nope. An adult Tiger has the longest canines, Jaguars don't even stand a chance, instead Jaguars make up for that with the strongest bite force in the Cat family. A turtle can escape the Lions, Cheetahs, Cougars, Leopard, but no escape from the Jaguar, Jaguars will open the shell with one bite.
A Lion won't survive where the Tiger survives, ask yourself if a Lion can live in siberia first. The Tigers in Africa were killed anyhow because of their beautiful skin (I really don't know if we have
Tigers left aside the one in African zoos).
Then in terms of tough survival, come on. A Lion won't go toe to toe with a bison, bear, wolverine, it knows the end result from the beginning, but that's a normal thing for a Tiger. Sometimes even the pride of Lion is chased away by bisons.
Most documentaries show male Lions with Tigress, most fights has Lions vs Tigress.
Just imagine the position the a tiger stands in apex predators (number 2 only to killer whale), that means no land animal stands above.

1. Absolutely wrong. They both have the same size of canine. There are Lions with longer canines than Tigers and vice versa.

2. Siberian tigers have thicker fur to protect it from cold. A Siberian Tiger won't survive on the grasslands which is usually hot.

3. When compared to the Buffalo, Hippo, Wildebeast, Girrafe, Crocs, Zebras, Elephant... those animals don't even come close in terms of aggressiveness.

4. That's a lie. There's not a single documentary that shows a Lion paired up with a Tigress for a fight. Or a Lioness paired up with a Tiger. Tell us another lie please. undecided

5. Lions remain the Apex predator, no 1 on the food chain and King of the Jungle.

Bro go and learn
If i tell u now that lion are called king of the jungle just because of it mane u will argue and disclaim my point
If I tell u lion doesn't live in the jungle but grassland u will deny it
If I tell u the bite force of a tiger is almost double of a lion u will deny it
The tiger is the biggest and strongest of the cat family
What makes the tiger more dangerous is that when it is fighting it uses it two frontal leg to attack when fighting while lion use 1
The tiger is a symbol of strength in some culture
Tiger are so strong to the extent that it's can take and kill a full grown polar bear
Go and check the animals tiger hunt for food and the ones lion hunt for food
A tiger hunt alone while lion hunt in pride as a team
Lion can't take down a crocodile all alone while tiger and jaguar are expert in that field
Go and check the size of a lion and a tiger
Size matters in the wild
Please read extensively before arguing
This people argued based on biological fact, research conducted by expert but u argued based on YouTube video
Any animal can be killed in the wild
That is why they are called wild animals
They are always looking out to kill or be killed

You are absolutely correct.

You are sounding different from fact o, well no problem.
It is not a debate at all.

1. Its not a debate, no contest with canine at all.

2. I understand your point for siberian Tiger, what about Bengal tiger? I gave that example because you said Lions will survive there.

3. Come on, do you understand what a Bear is? Tigers even lose their lives in that battle, how can you compare killing Bears, to killing zebras and crocs?
Mind you, a Lion hunts in pride, they will only go for the smaller elephant even when dying of hunger.

4.Go online and search. How can I unsee the once I have seen?

5. I can't laugh sef, even the Great White is ahead of the Lion. So no need to talk.

a tiger wouldn't dare attack a full grown healthy bear to make it worst a grizzly.

And lions don't

They both use similar techniques, but while Lions only use one paw at a time, Tigers use two, and as a result, are more aggressive than lions, but lions are more enduring.

Mind you, I base everything I say on research, not sentiments.

It has been recorded that Tigers kill and feed on grizzly bears. Visit google and school your self. Though not all times Tigers succeed in such encounter. A lion dare not attack a bear of whatever kind. That's suicidal!

naah not grizzly if you see a tiger attacking a grizzly it is either it is sick or about to die both the tiger and lion wouldn't dare.just one strike with its claws is enough to send heads flying.
