Maybe you have forgotten Auba is also over 30 years!! Does he look tired? What should matter is to check if his playing style is still intact for his age! Willian still has some 3-4years at a top club..He is matured in the game enough to be a starter in any team especially the EPL. So its a win for Arsenal and not actually a loss for Chelsea bcoz they have also had the best of him.

It's a free move. Arsenal needs squad depth and considering her financial situation(transfer budget of less than 40m), it's not a bad deal for Arsenal.

William has served Chelsea well and honestly it's time for him to move on if he can't accept the two yr offer given to him by Chelsea. Even Didier Drogbo,John Terry and Frank Lampard that were far better than him were given only a yr contract based on the club policy for players above age 31and he's here forming Superman with two yr contract presented to him.

He is a fantastic player though.. Even though his performance keeps dwindling.. I still remember the days of the trio - William, Oscar and Hazard.. I enjoyed watching these three play together.

Meanwhile, everyone thought Chelsea would collapse after the exit of Hazard to Real Madrid.. But we got Captain America who has been doing us wonders.
Soilder go, Soilder come... Barracks still remain.

How I wish Barcelona can do same to Messi. Offload him to inter Milan and build the team afresh

First 11 is out of the question for the Brazilian next season... It makes sense to leave now. But, why Arsenal??! He can easily break into any top 5 club in Italy.

Some people may think he's almost 32, but trust me it's a massive signing for Arsenal. Willian is a very dangerous player with creativity.
