The problem with Nigeria is not about the collections of the loan but rather about the modality of spending the loans.

such loans cant be rapaid, china knows how irresponsible and corrupt the govt is, yet nigerians see the chinese as the evil ones for lending you money and not the greedy leaders who borrow billions just to satisfy themselves.
