Sorry man, i have been there before so i know how it feels. Go see a doctor, my own was similar to yours after using some antibiotics ranging from ciprotab, Nitrofurantoin, took some herbs too then the the shit became resistant to antibiotics. I took my test result to doctor he said it was caused by staph,then he prescribed three antibiotics for me at a go. Sulfadimidine, ciprotab, doxycycline with one pain relieving drug probably because of the headache that comes with it.
