I had actually wondered why no single Igbo man has ever engaged on Suya business. Is it that it is not lucrative. I know our northern brothers that have made real fortune on the business. There is a place in maiduguri where Suya business is a money spinner. A full cow is slaughtered and in minutes Suya is made our if it. Very palatable. You need to be on queue to be able to buy some portions. But meen, I have never eaten anything that sweet. Its straight from farm to fire. I am thinking of bringing this down south. |
