Most times especially during interviews, the moment an interviewee submits his or her CV/Resume the Interviewer as the meeting progresses writes something on the CV.
Please would love to know what Interviewers normally scribble on CV/Resume

yes, it's for official use. your success in the interview is the score, being called means you performed well, "we will get back to you means...(you sabi na)"... you get to know if you know the HR in person
