A lot of people in the viewing center where we were watching was disappointed in RB Leipzig. The Leipzig that played atletico didn't turn up.

Most people actually expected Leipzig to give PSG a tough match. Most people felt staking on both teams to score was a surer bet than staking PSG to win. But PSG showed Leipzig that they are not in the same class. I know football sometimes can be unpredictable, but anyone expecting Lyon to win Bayern tomorrow might be disappointed. Just as in the case of today's game, Lyon are not in the same class as Bayern when it comes to quality, and sometimes one moment of individual brilliance can split a well setup defense. Bayern team has so many players that can give defence splitting passes.

just looking at those saying psg will win this year UCL,see no team can defeat this Bayern in UCL this season they will win this competition with unbeaten.france vs Germany in the final.

if you watched LA liga when neymar was there you will know what I am talking about.there was a match between ATM and barca.neymar dribbled a defender and started mocking him.he did it repeatedly that it got to a point the ATM players gathered him and were pushing him,barca players had to intervene,same happened with sevilla,Valencia etc.he even causes problem in his team like the fight he had with semedo b4 his transfer.even the last cup Brazil won he didn't partake maybe because he felt they couldn't perform without him. Neymar is good no doubt but he has a lot of issues

Since u have been watching laliga in d last two seasons and have been seeing Barca games, then my questions shouldn't be difficult for u to answer:

How is Barca trying to embarrass Messi? Who are d slacking players that needed to be trimmed from d team? If Messi is to be mentoring new entrants to Barca senior team, what then is d job of d coach or is Messi now d coach? What type of mentoring is he going to mentor? What "age long quality" of d club is Messi helping Barca maintain? Is he d one that instituted that "age long quality" or is he as old of d "age long quality"? Who taught Messi d "age long quality" that u say he is going to help Barca maintain?

Trimming of that team ought to have started from the defense (Pique, Umtiti, Lenglet)... The entire midfield needs complete fresh legs (meaning only Frenkie De Jong should be left)... Vidal to team B or bench... Coutinho very much has a place there.

Thank God they are getting a mix of skill, pace and experience in Pjanic (He can actually combine well with Coutinho to make Messi more attack centred).

The age long quality of Barcelona is known and seen in their fluidity of ball movements, and near perfect clinical finishes. This is something Messi has been a key and holistic part of in years!!!

Barcelona failing to do the above, has made them drop form terribly, exposing the few hardworkers in the team to collective ridicule!!! See??!

While it's the job of a good coach to mentor, build, and ground players, it is well known that in form veterans inspire and bring out the best in younger players!!!
