We may look at the slogan like one of those campaign slogans that would come and go, but this is worse than meets the eyes for a political party, it might be the Achilles heel to the destruction of a party in a democratic nation.

The slogan is so precise and encompassing that its could be replicated on any future election, and what makes it's worse is the fact Lagos is the headquarters of that political party.

What does "Edo no be Lagos mean"...
- it means the people have acknowledged the possibility of a president under a president in a democracy..
- it means the people have felt a sense of slavery..
- it means the people have noticed a feel of dictatorship..
- it means the people are tired of the norm in Lagos and are rejecting it..
- it means the possibility of a revolt in Lagos is in the offing..
- it enlightens the indigenes of Lagos to see what they may have been blinded to..
- it goes to show there is a very vivid tilt in who controls power between the people and a certain cabal..

The fear is the replication which handicaps the power holders from voicing their views, clipping their wings as long as they are in that cabal in Lagos.

The possibility of having:
"Osun no be Lagos"
"Anambra no be Lagos"
"Ekiti no be Lagos"
Is very rife, and a major standpoint capable of twisting and turning the hearts of party loyalties molded over time..
