A desk officer is arraigned without the supervisor? Who authorized the scam? At least a Head of Salaries, or a deputy director of admin and finance.

I have always been saying this for long that our leaders, politicians are true reflection of what our society is. Imagine those people at the corridor of power. What will the whole scene be like?

Wé are only in God's hand because the hope for better tomorrow keep dwindled because the so called youth are even desperate, untrustworthy and callous.

That is what I do say sometimes that youth leadership is not a crime but our youth are super corrupt.

Okay, it explains why dead and retired lecturers were paid on the system. Fraud and more fraud. How can you be paying ASUU members who never enrolled themselves on a system that needs biometric capturing to be enrolled? The same way they achieved that is the same way they are enrolling ghost workers. Audit that platform and you will discover one of the biggest frauds in Nigeria. No wonder people are just crying all over about IPPIS

Seeing that the humans entrusted with managing and administering IPPIS are taking advantage of it in a negative way, I suggest they enforce a biometric system that forces every civil servant to signify their presence in their workplace biometrically 3 times a day. Let them login via fingerprint or retina scan 3 times daily.

IPPIS is good but needs refinement. I support a central system that manages payroll of MDAs. With the way things are they could decide to integrate a biometric login system that will further expose absentees who are getting paid.

Yea, the system is not bad is they apply it very well. But see the way they are using it, numerous pay cut complaints and now ghost workers surfacing.

Anything entrusted to humans risks abuse. Let them keep improving it.
