Then sent it to a relative who confirmed someone very close has such synthoms, am so scared, and feeling so lost, but also glad I found this early.

Please advise what steps should I take to make this a better situation.

Do not listen to the nonsense posted here. Whilst one of the posters is correct in SOME of what he said, anxiety attacks do NOT lead to stroke, and no tea or vitamins can prevent a stroke.
There are quite a few factors that affect a persons likelyhood of having a stroke; namley heart disease, high cholesterol levels, being overweight, clogged ateries, high blood pressure, diabetes, congenital defects, etc.
Almost all of these can be mitigated by a change in lifestyle and the proper medication. A healthy diet rich in fruit, vegetables and fish, and low in red meat, salt and fat will help, in addition to a . regime of daily exercise.
They can also be put medication that will lower the blood pressure and control blood sugar levels if apporpriate.
