FactCheckNSIP Reaching millions of beneficiaries, recognized and endorsed by several local and international bodies. Since its implementation in 2016 to 2019 when it was under the VP, SIPs impacted over 12 million direct beneficiaries and about 44 million indirect beneficiaries, comprising employees of beneficiaries, mobile money agents, cooks, and farmers. The VP has not been involved in the financial transactions of the NSIPs. Funds allocated/released for the NSIPs has been from the Ministry of Budget & National Planning right from the start and NOT in the Office of the Vice President. |
