wrong statistics, over 60 million Nigerians are unemployed and and another 30 million Nigerians under employed. You need no survey to know this just look around.

60 million unemployed? How do they eat??

Since of course out of the 200 million, like 120 are dependent - both old and young. So the actual labour force might be around 80 million.

You mean that our entire labour force is unemployed and underemployed?

Nigerian Youth themselves are not helping matter, time and season have changed we have to deal with that. This is 21st Century not 20th century when job assurance was very high for graduates. What this generation requires is skills and Entrepreneurship. Don't just go to school to study one useless course make sure you develop yourself as well and start small no matter how small it is.
Trash
If the government doesn't employ a certain percentage of citizens it ought to employ, there is gonna be massive pooverty,if u are skilled who will even engage u to work,is it the rich 10%?

More and more people will lose their jobs all over the world as Automation takes place

Nigerians should go into farming, nowadays if person get 1 million, instead of opening a farm business they'd rather process visa to travel out. white collar job isn't everything, stop waiting for government all the time

ipob shouldn't come here. NBS is fake statistics, remember.
Instead for me to 'BeLookingIDIOT', I decided to debate with him.
This thread says 21.7 million are unemployed whereas another thread which came earlier than this said 27.1% are unemployed. Can you tell me which is the correct figure from your 'NBS'? If you can't, we can then conclude that your NBS produce fake statistics. Mind you that 27.1% of Nigeria's projected population is more than double the 21.7 million this thread gives.
NB: From a proud IPOB member.

Stop looking for job. If everybody were looking for job like you, then who will create the jobs. Why can't we think and do something meaningful for our future. There is no future in any job and no future in working under sombody either.
in as much what you say is true, the environment is not conducive. take for an instance, I decided to go in farming, could you imagine that the Fulani's went there with their cows and finished what I planted

Richest black woman in africa
Most populated country in the world
Most popular black nation in the world

Whats really going on...?

Nigerian International Passport should be one of the strongest in Africa...

Isn't it obvious the previous generations have failed us woefully. We started out this country on easy mode, the British weren't as harsh in their administration as the French or Belgians, we had abundant natural resources, basic colonial infrastructure was there and continued to be built about 20 years after independence.

Sometime in the 80s is when things started to fall apart. The inflation rate skyrocketed and whatever oil money we had was either stolen or squandered.

I hope Babangida's death is a painful one.

They are even lucky to be earning that. I know graduates earning 15k per month.

Even at their miserly 27m, that figure already is more than the population of close if not more than 50 countries on earth!
This is the greatest emergency before us all, but some do not seem to realize it. Sad!
I never thought anyone could pull words out of my mouth, you did it excellently with your comment, lol
