Nah. Not that the whole ISP would get blocked.

The thing is most ISP users, most especially users of WiFi routers are given a dynamic IP, so like it's constantly changing.

It's still possible if done right, but there could be disadvantages.
Also if you understand networking, you could still beat the technique tbh.

Your post was either rejected maybe because;
- It was a repeated post a.k.a suspected spam.
- The attached image (if any) wasn't converted due to.. maybe unsupported extensions like .webp

Yes, Seuň could set malware on a page and force-download it onto every visitor's device (for some reason).

However, there are some hindrances to that;


- Recent update of Google Chrome (especially PC version) has been shown to block malicious files point-blank, even before it hits the download phase.

So unless you're using another unprotected browser, Android version, or maybe it is somehow disabled by default ¯\_(ツ)_/¯



- AV might catch it, unless the malware is really good at being hidden.


- Recent Windows 10 OS came with exploit protection, as well as some Android brands.
Like Huawei for example, they blocked all spaces of rooting their recent Android devices. So, shells can do little or nothing at all.


- I believe Denial of Service only works with an actual server. It is basically a server crash caused by too many requests or "death pings".

So, it's still possible nonetheless.. but not as you said it. Maybe to steal info. Also not as easy as you may think.
