iwaeda:Can you also give a detailed explanation of the reasons behind the two dissenting decisions? This one sided minority opinion cannot stand in the face of scrutiny. Media sensation cannot reverse the judgement. Only the courts can and PDP will need more than a minority report to do that. |

.....perhaps, you will have to personally open the INEC window and personally handle the substitution of the APC deputy governorship candidate. Well, if higher courts uphold the majority judgement, APC will have to support another political party's candidate who will eventually decamp to APC if he/she wins - just like the 2019 scenario in Rivers State gubernatorial election. It very confusing what we want as a nation. I thought we all clamoring for a better Nigeria since we not directly benefiting from these set of people. How can we see something that is black and call it white. We all know these case should have been thrown out by the tribunal and yet some people are still supporting this idiotic judgement. Let face it, the judgment is a mockery of our judiciary, I hope the apex court correct this judgment. 1 Like |
