I don't know her but I respect what she has accomplshed for herself. A female chief magistrate judge at this age no be moin moin. May God comfort her family. And May God continue to have mercy on me.

Wow! Such a brilliant Magistrate. I always loved it each time I appeared before her to argue law.

I still have a criminal matter before her self. She was suppose to deliver a ruling dismissing the matter against the accused persons before COVID-19 and the attendant lock down.

I will miss her greatly.

What did you do, did she apply the law of evidence as appropriate to your case and did she give you a fair hearing through your counsel

If she did, then it was not injustice because if a thousand judges say and heard your case they will still decide the same way based on he application of the laws of the country

It’s impsosible to suffer injustice from a court of law unless the judge was corrupt or took bribe or was inept. There will always be a winner and loser in most cases

Her acquitting or convicting someone in your favour or against you is not injustice but on many ocassions based on what evidence was before or absent from the court

Quite sad, but She has done her bit on earth and has returned back to her creator. I only pity people who are all over the place, making so much noise on their 2023 ambitions as though life is a right, without realizing that God who created us can require of it whenever he pleases.
