500k is enough for a betting shop and also enough to acquire a good keke. Run both business.

If you want to give the keke out on a hire purchase which would be amortized on weekly basis, that's fine. However, keke would cost 690k Max if you are going for bajaj and 750k Max if you are going for TVS.

Ignore the poster above; 1 million can't run both business. However, if you want to open a bet shop, you should try to consider the density of people within the area and proximity of other betting shops there. Most importantly, security. If no go like do account for boys every evening.

Overall, I think you should open the betting shop and then buy a fairly used Keke and drive yourself.
