Na shit dey both the hospital management and Nigerian police for brain. Weting dey hard in locating someone's relatives? I think say people talk say na people wey go school dey reason well? Very simple thing to do.., get the man's finger prints and cross check the BVN that match the finger print then check his next of kin or telephone contacts and you will get his relatives.
