There was a palpable tension in Enugu State on Sunday when policemen clashed with members of the Indigenous People of Biafra . The PUNCH gathered that two persons died in the clash .

It was learnt that many members of the IPOB were also injured . An eyewitness said over 10 IPOB members were arrested. Efforts to reach the Enugu Police Public Relations Officer , Daniel Ndukwe, were not successful as of the time of filling this report .

This is the most reasonable post I've seen on nairaland.
Some people might abuse IPob or Igbos because of Biafra but any reasonable person will know that Nigeria is a ticking time bomb that when it explodes will affect all ethnic groups. You can't expect people that lost a war after resisting for three years to make the same mistake twice.
The mind of an average Igbo man (whether IPob or not) is gradually accepting violence as the only means of emancipation from Nigeria

I'm surprised by the way Nigerians would come online to support the extra judicially killing of IPOB members but would wail and condemn the same action when it happens elsewhere in the country, the problem of Nigeria is not her leaders but the people.
