Residents were left in the State of devastation after a lady who was drop off by a boy from Toyota Venza ran mad and started behaving outrageously.

According to the video footage that was posted by an eyewitnesses, the lady was seen thrusting herself on the ground helpless as Crowd gathered around her trying to figure out what really happened to her, upon many investigation residents concluded that the lady was mentally deranged which can be Said not to be normally
