I want to know if this is a real Court Order or not because I got to my bank to summit it and one of the staff said it is not a court order that it is not effective that the respondent bank will not act on it.

When I notified my lawyer, he said it is a genuine court order that the bank don't just want to do their work.

Kindly help me to verify it.

Looks legit, feels Legit. Then it certainly is. Just get on Twitter and tag the bank, lay your complain. It means they are directly refusing a court order, threaten to sue and watch how they provide express solution to the problem.

Looks legitimate. It's just that the style is a bit different from what I know. It Should have been headed as a "Ruling' of the motion on notice. Courts differ in style though. Send a letter to their head office, the legal department will verify whether the order is legitimate or not. It will only take a while. Good luck!
