The only thing am afraid is my sweat in Nigeria bank, because as it stands now the only thing this fossil we have in Aso Rock will do is to freeze up our various accounts and tell us he borrowed the money to service the reckless loans he borrowed here and there... Nigeria will reset itself to Zero before 2023

This man, Sanusi, Soludo, Utomi, and others are only regarded as intellectuals because they're not crass. They don't say anything of substance or anything that isn't obvious and their either deceitful like Sanusi about their actual intentions, or unbelievably naive for an adult man like Soludo Utomi and Moghalu. Nigerians want to believe in someone so bad that anyone with a suit that isn't screaming something ignorant or tribal is considered worthy of an audience.

I tell you. So many of these our leaders know what is right to do but in life and leadership, selflessness, vision, learnedness, and character are key. These combination of traits or attributes are not easy to come by in many.

Nigeria’s democracy is a false democracy. Who next takes the Office of the president is determined beforehand by Fulani who the political structure suits. That’s why you think that this man can’t run a successful presidential campaign and win.
Fulanis have nothing to do with being able to raise election volunteers in every polling unit in Nigeria. Winning election is not about speaking English online.

Not just the elections but also the types of people leaders end up surrounding themselves with. An upright leader is useless when surrounded by over-zealous ministers, advisers and cabals.

You are correct but I think any upright leader should be able to identify upright people to give portfolios aside the others who are elected. The more the upright people in this system, the better.

This man has said it all the Nigerian economy is currently on a ventilator and if care is not taken will pass out soon..

A return to true federalism is the way forward and restructuring is the key to that :- cool

Even if Nigeria return to true federalism and restructuring , the big elephant is the corruption and things might still be the same . If you study Equatorial guinea, you can picture how corruption even affect a small nation with so much revenue from oil. A very strong check and balance of power will keep corruption at minimum and will can start see results.

People tend to change, thats why they are so unpredictable. Even a priest can turn corrupt in the face of the temptation access to serious money brings.

Does it mean we can't trust anybody?

Should we go to the moon to get upright people?

I'm sure there are still upright Nigerians if we search well.

He is better informed than those that have ruled you for ages in Nigeria.

We need to find out if there is something the man has done bad to you in your Awoomamma hometown.

You are the guy who insists that in Imo state, all institutions of government that induce development must remain in Owerri, unarguably because Owerri is easier to get to from your Awo village. You argue always from your backside.

Owerri and Awo remain exemplary communities in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

Illiteracy is the problem with Nigerians. Illiteracy and stupidity is our problem only thing we know how to do vote or a criminal even if you put us on the moon Nigerians will still go and vote for a criminal. Anybody which can do something Nigerians which is that way they will get a criminal to lead them and they will be telling themselves this person can do nothing for us our government can do nothing for us but we have to p

Well said Prof. Moghalu.

I still don't regret casting my vote for you in the last Presidential election even though you didn't win. The moment we leave tribalism, religion, sentiments e.t.c, when voting for political aspirants, that's when Nigeria will start rising.

It cannot happen in 2 million years are people do not want to develop they only want to do criminal worshipping. You will be shocked how Nigerians are going to Germany with the UK Belgium America and Canada to support criminals which are Nigerian.. when you have a Nigerian professor coming on TV in a developed country and telling the people we know that Nigerian can do nothing for us but we still have to vote for us and it does not matter if we are suffering a Nigerian professor on DW TV. Saying this. 90% of Nigerians know in Nigeria we do nothing for them but they will still go and support themselves and be suffering

at least they are saying the truth although it may be a popular truth, but not among our politicians this narrative needs to be echoed if he decides to echo it no problem with that, they may not be the brightest Nigerians but at least they have something going for them and the academic qualifications, which most Nigerian leaders lack including your President so therefore having this kinda men in leadership would be a sign of progress, nobody say they are the Messiah but we have to start from somewhere there is no perfect leader anywhere.

Most of us know Sanusi to be a scum already who pretended, he’s just a Dragon in a sheep’s clothing

Ofcourse there are disciplined people with good morals, its just human nature that many people tend to lose their grips on doing the right things in the face of temptations, especially in a place like Nigeria where many corrupt deeds by powerful people go unpunished.
