I don't understand your point. The question asked requires simple yes or no. He is not in government but decided to move round the state to inspect projects. Asking why, his motives, and who is behind or what necessitate such move are necessary questions.
He has the habit of insulting anyone no matter who, yet he can't take such from another person.
