AND IT NEVER OCCUR TO SHOPRITE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.

AKANDE SET A TRAP FOR THEM AND THEY FALL FOR IT - HE SENT HIS BOYS TO GO BEHIND AND CONVINCE SHOPRITE THAT THEY CAN ACTUALLY REGISTER A COMPANY AND ESTABLISH THE SHOPRITE AS THEIR OWN ENTITY.

AKANDE WAITED FOR THEM TO FULLY ESTABLISH IN NIGERIA THEN NOW SUE THEM WITH THE PURPOSE OF MAKING THEM PAY HIM HEAVILY AND LAS LAS ABANDON THEIR ENTIRE SHOPPING MALLS IN NIGERIA FOR HIM THRU COURT ORDERS.

ITS A CLEAN SCAM.

Harry Akande is clever and I wish him all the best in his commercial dealings.

ShopRite has been put in a corner.

that's a good one from the billionaire.
you see that's why I like the way the real big men, made their trouble, when they feel offended, they don't just go about slaughtering innocent people, but rather seek justice at the law courts.
I wish those beasts killing innocent people in southern kaduna can simply take their grievances to the law courts, if they feel offended, instead of their polluting of our land with the blood of the innocent citizens.

So they wanted to quickly dispose of their shares in Nigeria and run off before the judgment is activated. Wow

And Nigerians were here blaming the Nigerian government and unfavourable business environment when the company itself wasn't playing fair and abiding by legal agreements

Some Nigerians will forever blame the government for any negative incident or event.

If you remember, just imagine what daddy freeze and all those so called social media gurus churning us with lies and how government has caused people losing their jobs and what not.
We should all be careful with social media.

I don't believe this. A whole Shoprite can't run away because of a mere $10m judgement debt. If so that means their operation in Nigeria was child's play. $10m pere, then you hurriedly run? Means they weren't profitable and the entire operation was only waiting for an excuse to exit.

If only you know how much they are even owing the companies supplying them products, you won't say this.
