Even with those certificates it's like looking for a unicorn, talk less of without it. Dedicate time to IELTS you won't be disappointed.

For undergraduate it had cause most school dont recognise ur ssce result looking for admission without scholarship will still require your 100level transcript. And all those certificate you ruled out are very important.just do your undergrad here then seek for scholarship for masters.
