In a week we have light for a maximum of 2 days then they seize it for the rest of the week.

Currently in my area people are going to fetch water with buckets from their neighbors cause no light.

We are getting it light measurement of milk cup of rice and the end of the month we pay estimated bills and they don't wanr meter the whole place. The funny side is if for example you are billed N10K a month you tried paying N4K, the useless marketer and her ladder crew will say the money is not enough that one must clear the bill or else they just cut the wire and take it away. I tire for this country. Nepa gave each customer an account number to pay into but the marketer is forcing people to pay into her private and personal bank account or cash. This country is in mess

I have been on a working leave back at home in Abuja for about two weeks now and have experiend 4 power cuts lasting five minutes each time. But I cannot use that as a yardstick to determine the rest of Abuja as it has been fairly like this for many years. Sometimes worse, sometimes better.

Other parts of Nigeria particularly in the south where I have offices it is about half a day of power intermittently. So intermittently that I do not use public power. The cost of maintaining and replacing equipment makes it pointless.

9-12pm then from 3pm to 8pm, then 12am to 4am...usually.

Once in a week it is this way - 10am to 7pm, then 12am to 4am.

Same here, premium anyway anytime but I found that before 1,000 prepaid energy would fetch about 46 units, now that same 1,000 is about 15 units.

I do enjoy a minimum of 20 hours of uninterrupted electricity here in Ikoyi, lagos. and at times 24 hours.Tho it's a well planned private estate So electricity isn't even the problem. Those of yoi complaining of Power shortage should get a solar, it's quite expensive but it's worth it

When a southerner was there, what you enjoyed 24hrs light I guess.

At least the economy was moving forwards..

While it is clear Foohari favours his region

On every metric the country has gone backwards under him..

No change from the Shagari era, when things got so bad we made enemies of the Ghanaians when we threw them out to free up jobs..

You dont want to talk about Northern dictators who are even worse than democratic leaders when it comes to running the country..

Who paid off our paris club debt a southern leader Obasanjo. Who brought democracy back a southerner. Who kickstarted train line construction and airport redevelopment across the nation a Southerner Goodluck..

Mtcheww Northerners are stereotyped as dullards for a reason...

Our is 13/7 here in Bariga Lagos. We have accepted our fate. The only joy in this mess is certainty of time we are being given barring no external problem.

This is why we will never progress. You keep falling for the same bullshit over and over again. Rhis electricity issue has been in since the 70s. Nothing changes. Privatisation didnt change anything, increasing the price hasnt changed anything but some how y'all expect shít to change this time round. SMH
