You are just saying rubbish. Your comment is like that of a fool. Show evidence that those working legitimately online against those who are scammers are 1:100, you can't. Shouldn't that show you that you are daft?

All what you have to do is to look around you, friend. Denying the obvious doesn't mean that the problem is not there, you're only deceiving yourself, not the public. Cyber thief!

Underemployment is another serious issue.
I have a PhD in Economics, but I work as a marketer in a commercial Bank where your certificate really don't mean anything.
Hopefully by first quarter of next year, I will resign and look for something else to do. The banking system just dulls one.

Are you a contract staff there?

Baba you are lucky oh. Keep that job and hope to get a CBN or NIRSAL OR FIRS JOB. With your PhD and depending on your years of experience. You will get nothing less than Deputy Manager.
