Igbos have proven beyond doubt that they are very good in politics. It’s not easy to win elections in foreign land. That’s why all over the world where leadership is needed, they step up, contest and win.

It’s only in Nigeria that the myth of igbos not being good in politics exists.

It’s a myth perpetuated by those that will never vote igbo even if their life depended on it.

But it’s okay. The rejected stones in Nigeria will continue to be the cornerstones all over the world.

The Igbos are globalists, their dream are much bigger than Nigerian tribalistic petty politics.

We rejoice when others see us beyond our ethical and racial difference and vote for us to lead them. Yet we are hypocrites when it's our turn to extend same. It's so bad that even among eastern states, you will hardly see a foreigner occupying any leadership position because he is not their own born. The foreigner may not necessarily be from other tribes. He may be Igbo from another state.

We need to look beyond ethical differences in Nigeria. Hypocrisy is becoming a norm.

It would have been better if it remained at that. You are not even allowed to vote your choice if the landlords want another person. That is how hopeless Nigeria is.

How anybody believes this country can ever be good under the present structural arrangement amazes me.
