The people of edo state went out in mass to vote for the person that will be their next governor for the next four years, Praizemedia report.

However today, the result of yesterday's gubernatorial election in Edo State was announced by INEC chairman who counted the votes.It was made no that the incumbent governor, Governor Godwin Obaseki won the vote as he had the total of 307,000 votets against 223,000 votes of the APC gubernatorial aspirants Pastor Osagie Ize Iyamu.

In lieu of this, the candidate of the APC who had the second highest votes, has congratulated the candidate of the PDP who won the election.

On his Twitter handle, Pastor Osagie Ize Iyamu said that, the people of edo state have decided already and that he thanked them all. He further said, congratulations to the opposition party APC because they have won the election.

I implore Adams Oshiomole to retire from politics this time and face the realities of life. He has lost his value as the former governor of Edo state.

Edo is not Lagos has been proved by the good people of Edo state. Personally, I have no issues with the pastor but just for the fact that after winning the election he will fall into the hands of godfather's, he is therefore considered not fit to contest.

Anything that Governor Nyesom Wike is involved in as long as politics is concerned is successful because first, he doesn't compromise and secondly, fears no fucking politician and that's why Obaseki ran to him for help.

Nice move, but who prevented your supporters from voting If that was the case, I feel their should be violence but the election was relatively peace apart from people trying to snatch ballot boxes with was resisted by the people.

So I guess what you meant by your supporters not allowed to vote is your Party wasn't allowed to rig the election.
