Why are you lying? That university belongs to Edo State. Go check the status in the NUC gazette. It's a state owned university. It went through the state house of assembly and was passed as law. Privately owned universities don't pass through the state assembly. Even obaseki never said it was converted to private property by Oshiomhole in the heat of their political differences.

As you can see,Lagos State produces more oil than Edo State.
Lagos generates about ₦1.3trillion as IGR. That's about 10× whatever federal allocation it receives.
