The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has issued certificate of return to Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo state. Obaseki won his second term in office afte last Saturday's Governorship election in the state. INEC National Commissioner for Rivers, Bayelsa and Edo State, May Agbamuche Mbu, presented a certificate-of-return to Obaseki in Benin City. Before that, the governor had appeared as a guest on 'The Morning Show' hosted by Arise TV. However, Governor Obaseki sent two strong messages, via the show, to his predecessor and estranged godfather, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
