One of the most controverial transfer stories of the new season has finally come to an end as Luis Suaréz was found at Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper training ground saying goodbye to his soon to be ex teammates and his best friend Lionel Messi goodbye.

Atletico Madrid has reached an agreement with Barcelona for a fee close to €3.7million for the services of the top strike who signed a two year deal that will yield €4million in each of the two seasons he will spend in Madrid. It is expected that Barcelona will honour the prolific striker on Thursday.

Since joining the club in 2014, he made 283 appearances for them and scored 197 goals which made him the third highest goal scorer in the history of the club.

He was seen shading tears while he completed his goodbye and driving away. He placed his head down in tears before lifting it again as he brings an era to it's end.

He will now team up with the technical Diego Simeone who definitely will make the Striker more legal.
