I've seen illiterates make it in life all because there is something that they have in abundance (EQ).
And a scenario whereby a first class graduate burns up his certificates,commits suicide. Even when eventually rich and famous.
This can only show that one of this two lack emotional quotient.

You can't increase IQ. Note, I said IQ. However, what can be done is to make your IQ function more. IQ is inherent. It won't change by conscious efforts.
