Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has disclosed that the state's laws will be amended to include castration for convicted rapists in the state. This was disclosed by the Governor during a courtesy visit from the Minister of Women Affairs and Child Development, Dame Paulen Tallen, paid to his office on Thursday.
