I'm a bet9ja agent located in portharcourt mile 1 precisely.
Please nairaland I been having difficult situations since I started my business with Bet9a. I inherited the shop from someone else. My major problems with my bet shop is that arm robbers always come to the shop to take everything I have in the shop and any money coming out of the shop will always end up in people's hands. In 2018 alone I lost everything in the shop because they came and take all the items I was using in the shop including sum of 263k, the lost pulled my hand and I decided to close the shop for sometime, after closure I open it again in 2020 it was so bad that I lost 2years rent to the situation. As I reopened the shop the arm robbers came back again, I even involve eagle crack team but the matter was still not solved, I approached my superagent and explained my problems to him, he adviced me to find a new shop away from their zone. I got a new shop showed him and he approved it, I paid and did renovations, installed dstv and bet9a network system. When I entered the new location the next agent closer to me insisted I'm too close to his shop so I should sort for a new location. Though the agent was informed of my move before I did. But now I'm threatened with shutdown and funds in my account are taken anytime I fund. They Just want to frustrate me. I can't even work anymore because I don't have money again to fund the account.
I don't no why bet9a doesn't have a good communication or support service because I have been texting, calling and emailing the company, the only people I'm able to reach are the customer service, they told me, they are not the right place to complain to. My superagent is distancing himself from the matter because he under the agent's superagent. Now I'm left to fight alone.
Please anyone with a better suggestion on what I should do about this matter.

Two things are involved either the job is not ur calling or you totally leave such area to another, this time doing a well detailed survey so you wouldnt have to be competing with anyone

also make sure ur new location is as well free from tout as possible

I hope the case is resolved. If not, get a lawyer and sue for damages.
