The need for quality seeds for catfish farming in Nigeria, cannot be overestimated. Particular for Farmers in the North Central of Nigeria. Supply always lags demand.
I am an experienced catfish fingerling producer based currently in lafia, Nasarawa State. My present setup is in need of expansion. Currently, my available setup produces upto 30,000 fries but has limited space to raise all of them to fingerlings.

A catfish fingerlings farm, that can generate as many as 80,000 to 120,000 seeds every six weeks is a viable investment in the North Central.

I have a business plan already drafted and pictures of my current setup are available for the interested.

Government financing is not easily accessible. Taking loans from Banks is not an option.
