You can make the not so stressful pancake anytime you crave it. Well, it is best served hot with either jam, chocolate or honey. Pancake is made with those ingredients that we always have in our kitchen. So, you don’t have any excuse for not making it.

Most times, you think of pancake as just a snack. No doubt, pancakes go well with a chilled drink, but you can also enjoy pancake in another style. Pancake is the most balanced meal you can have at breakfast as it is a blend of protein, carbohydrates, and fats and oil. You can eat it with custard or oat meal.

So, you can try it out this weekend by preparing this recipe for your family. Yeah, mostly on weekends because you are not rushing to leave the house for work.

Ingredients to Make Pancakes
1 cup of plain flour
1 medium egg
