Am considering getting crv07/08.....having used Honda pilot, is it advisable to make the move. Am particular about the driving experience. The pilot is a strong daily driver only poor on the mpg. Ranging from 9 to 13.4mpg depending on driving conditions within the city

I thought it is only me that is experiencing the high fuel consumption of Pilot. What can be done to reduce the fuel consumption?

I don't know what can be done....Am okay with the fuel consumption on my pilot. I was thinking of selling my current pilot and get another one but my mechanic advised I get a crv instead since I rarely travel out of town, also it has a better fuel economy. That's the reason am considering crv, but if the driving experience is subpar, I might port back to the Pilot.
