It depends on the year....

The early rx350 series that started looks almost the same with the 330 series that started in 2004.....except for the engine design

The first one is rx 330 (same with es 330 engine)
The second pic is rx 350 ( same with avalon engine)

But when u get to 2010 and upwards...the 350 took on a new form in backlight and dash board etc....Pic 3 and 4 2010 rx350 face and dashboard

No. One is 3.0 d other 3.3.the 3.3 is found in lexus

there is 3.0 V6 1MZ engine in Camry up to 02 or so. There is 3.3v6 found in other Camry upwards

First you need to know that the RX is a line of SUV /crossover in the Lexus brand.
They also have the NX,GX, and LX. The numbers after the lettered series is usually the engine size likeNX200t a 2.0 litre turbo
RX350. a 3.5l V6 GX460 a 4.6l V8, LX570, a 5.7l V8

Every 4 years or so, manufacturers change their car so it does not look so old. Usually when they refresh it they might upgrade the engine.
Toyota does not do drastic change so they upgraded engine and do minor change on the RX and that is why people can buy a 22005 RX and upgrade to a 2010 by fixing panels and interior trims

The 3mz 3.3L V6 radiator cover is infront of the engine. Hats the easiest way to different the 1mz from 3mz if the engine cover is silver

The main difference between rx330 which runs from 2004 to 2006 is the engine, the rx330 from 2004 to 2006 come with the 3mz engine same engine in Highlander v6 from 2004 to 2007.
While from 2007 to 2009 the rx350 comes with 2gr fe engine, the 2gr engine comes with higher HP 270hp and with timing chain instead of timing belt in the 3mz of rx330.
