Even ma Boss That Was an Ordinary Manager that used to plead for increment in salary has now turned his back at us since he has been made the MD/CEO. For over a year now noting has been heard from him. This is painful, But why is This trend so common? |

They normally come in full of vision, but get greedy and confused just after 2 to 3 months in the office. Why is this tendency so high? |
