First check ur sugar level, and then go for std test. U may have a uninary tract infection.

Don't self medicate go to a hospital for test they will prescribe the right medications for u.

Diabetes type 2 probable. However, this is now less probable, given that accompanying high levels of thirst will follow

Prostrate issues probable. Though I imagine you are still under 45, making this less likely

Kidney issues such as CKD. I hope not

Infection (urinary tract, std etc), various levels of seriousness

See a doctor, run tests. *Good* doctor, not the one that will come and say malaria.

Do a full blood test to be covered. This will include creatinine, Blood glucose (Hb A1c), blood glucose, gfr etc. Also do urinalysis. Also make sure to have a good doctor look at this and provide diagnosis. When you get the results you can also share here if you wish, so those familiar with readings can share with their experience and corroborate your doctors diagnosis.

I encourage people to share tests and doctors diagnosis with other discerning folks, if you’re comfortable with that. The competence of some doctors leave a lot to be desired
