A car just came in, if we want to make it an official car for a brand. Do we register it with our personal names and just brand the car or is it possible to register the car with the company’s name?

Just go to the relevant authorities. They'll tell you what is required. Someone bought a car from a company. It was in the company's name

You will need to register with LASAA

When you fill the form on FRSC's NVIS website there is a provision for company.


You'd put in your rcnumber and your driver license details.
