MARKETING STRATEGIST

Requirements:

Must be knowledgeable in Real estates and at least 3 years experienced in:
*Media personnel,
* Upgrading a brand on social media platforms such as twitter, facebook, Instagram, etc and other channels such as offline advertising.

* Must be perfect in graphics and good at script writing.

Candidates leaving on the Island around Ajah / Ibeju-Lekki would be preferred.

BUILDER (SITE ENGINEER)
Qualification: Graduate in Building Technology

candidates living around Ajah and Ibeju-Lekki would be preferred.

Skills and abilities required:
* Excellent site execution skills - setting out, earth works and levelling.
* Ability to monitor and supervise entire work flow between workmen of main and sub-contractors.
* Able to utilize resources, monitor and document material usage and specify materials and equipment needed.
* Ability to coordinate and supervise workmen and delegate tasks.
* Good understanding of designs and ability to interpret and review drawings on site with architect and engineers.
* General knowledge of building regulations.
