Is it not possible for farmers sacrifice a few acres of farmlands by spraying deadly insecticide on the crops as a trap or they put some of the jazz they use to harm their 'enemies' around the farmlands so that any cow that crosses the line will peme?

The farmers are not helpless. They are not being proactive. What does it take to spray some bottles of Sniper on the grazing area, then sit back and watch miracle happen?. Self help is always the best defense in a lawless society.
