Stop deceiving yourself, I watched one footage recently on Twitter of SARS operatives arresting two guys that were just passing by on okada in ilorin, kwara state after they initially arrested a guy whose girlfriend was clamouring for his release. SARS are everywhere, just that their activities are more pronounced and there is more media coverage in the South. If it is not yet happening to you, don't say it is not happening to others.
