The difference is way to high as oppose to you selling to them or Changing dollars. This is not how I remember it. I know that at most may 3 a ₦10 difference is used.
370 - 380 to buy from you
Over 400 if you want to buy from them

NB: it has been like this since before Lockdown

Because there's not enough forex and we haven't been exporting much,especially since covid19 era.Imagine where petroleum accounts for more than 70% of our foreign income.They even banned transfers between customers who own dom accounts.
