ASUU is a selfish union that has always murdered the academic future of the Nigerian students without conscience, without remorse. You are not alone, it has affected a lot of people in a lot of ways, many students have died, many have lost their passion for studies and many have turned to crime for survival. I can only imagine what business owners in school campuses are going through rn. Just because some bunch of greedy thieves want to wantonly receive the proceeds of an unjust system. most of the lecturers are been sponsored by the same government to go for further study aboard, if you go through the 2009 agreement you will find out that the agreement between FG and ASUU is unrealistic, I think the only issue ASUU is having with this government is the members allowances which FG have not paid for years. ASUU is not fighting for students, FG told ASUU that Nigeria economy is in recession and that money can not be taken out RN. if you feel ASUU is fighting for students to have good learning environment, you are confused like ASUU too. don't forget that most of the agreement have been met by GEJ administration, do you know that ASUU asked FG to give them 50% of the money budgeted for the educational sector in the 2009 agreement? even the former SP (David Mark) said the FG team that negotiated with ASUU didn't even consider other factors.
